ABOUT CERTCON SERVICES

What is CertCon Services?

CertCon Services helps alleviate the burden of processing the multitudes of Certificates of Insurance necessary to ensure vendors, tenants, and subcontractors provide the required insurance stipulated in various agreements and contracts. By outsourcing to CertCon, businesses can streamline the process of requesting, receiving, evaluating, and filing these documents annually.

CertCon handles all these procedures, freeing up your personal time for more productive tasks.

CertCon makes the information collected instantly available through the internet, allowing you to stay informed of compliance and non-compliance with insurance requirements.

The History of CertCon

CertCon Services, Inc., was established in 2001 to manage, monitor, and maintain certificates of insurance for various industries. Its creator, Rick Carson, has been involved in the certificate and contract management business since 1994. Rick designed and programmed the software that CertCon uses to track and analyze certificates and contracts.

Rick is well-versed in various states' anti-indemnity acts, including the complicated, but critically important, Texas Oilfield Anti-Indemnity Statute. He is also highly knowledgeable about different wordings in additional insured endorsements, waivers of subrogation, transfer of rights clauses, and contractual liability and employers liability inclusions and exclusions in insurance policies.

The Benefits of CertCon Services
